Prices and reservations

Villa “Zeezicht” is suitable for up to 10 people. Depending on the number of visitors, one or more bedrooms will be prepared for your visit. If you make reservations for more than 6 people, you will be given access to the lower floor of the villa.

Property Rates (per night)

These prices include:

• 1 general clean up during the week
• 1 clean up after the rental period
• 2 pool maintenance jobs per week
• Normal use of water, electricty, gas and garden maintenance (including watering system).

On the day of departure, the villa will be cleaned at around 11:00 am. If a new arrival is not due immediately, and after consultation, it is possible to continue use of the villa until a later point. This will not cost anything, however, you will no longer be able to use the bathrooms or the kitchen. Your luggage will also have to be kept outside of the villa (for instance, in your car).

For a fee of € 35 plus fuel costs, you can use our Toyota 4-Runner. This strong car carries up to five people and will take you wanywhere on the island. Any additional cars you may require can be rented at the Habitat Hotel.
