The layout of the villa

The two-to-ten people villa consists of two parts: an upper floor and a lower floor. You can rent the upper floor seperately or you rent the entire villa.

From the main entrance you come onto the upper floor. Here you will find a spacious living room with an open kitchen. The living room contains a large television set with satellite reception. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the conveniences and appliances you would expect from a modern kitchen: a 5 pit gas stove with a wok burner, a dishwashing machine, a microwave oven and a large American refrigerator with ice maker. From the living room, the bedroom and the kitchen you can step out onto the large porch and the pool deck, which presents a stunning infinity swimming pool.

The villa has three large two-person bedrooms. The first room has a large double bed, the other two rooms have two single beds, which can, of course, be joined to make one large double bed. Two bedrooms share a large bathroom, and one bedroom has its own bathroom. Each room is air conditioned.

You can find a washing machine in the boiler room, with an umbrella clothesline in the garden.

The bottom floor of the villa can be rented in addition to the top floor. This will provide access to an additional two rooms housing four extra beds, another bathroom and a living room. For convenience, a small kitchen with refrigerator have been installed as well. A large storage space is available for your luggage. Along two sides of the downstairs apartment you will find a spacious veranda. A staircase from the porch connects both parts of the villa.
